BARREL AGED SERIES
AWARD WINNING BRETT OUD BRUIN
This barrel-aged sour was oak aged for 98 days resulting in an incredible blend of tart dark fruits from the yeast, chocolate tones from the malt, and complexity from the foeders. Aromas of cherry and cranberry, figs and light tanned leather in the body, and a gentle tartness lightly coat the tongue, leading to a melted chocolate and raspberry finish.
Oak Aged For: 98 Days
Malts: 2 Row Pale, White Wheat, Munich, Special W, Chocolate.
Ingredients: Water, Malt, Hops, Yeast.
