TASTING NOTES

This lagered ale is crisp and refreshing, full of flavours of bread crust, risen pizza dough and the comforting earthy scent of leaves falling off of the trees. Consistent with a bready body and notes closer to light toast, with mild undertones of grass, hay and a subtle touch of honey.
