This brew is light and easy-drinking, reminiscent of a traditional German Pilsner but with a dry hop that lends notes of pear, sweet white bread, and grass. TASTING NOTES

This pilsner is the gentle balance between crafty and domestic. Clean and light enough to support those newer to the category, while dry hops aromas and subtle bitterness entice the craft nerds. Notes of pear carry through with sweet white bread and gentle grassiness. Small amounts of drying on the tip of your tongue and cheeks.
